How we work

Diagnosis before delivery

A consultant would not prescribe before examining the patient. We do not write a message before we understand who it is for. Here is the shape of an engagement, from the first conversation to the day we hand you the keys.

We listen

We talk with you and the people who sell for you. How deals really close, where referrals come from, what a good customer looks like, and what was tried before.

You come away with a written read of where growth comes from today and where it stalls. Useful even if we never work together.

We map the buyers

We find the companies with a genuine reason to talk to you now, and the people inside them who feel the problem you solve.

A market you can see, rather than a spreadsheet sorted by job title.

We write for one person

Each message starts from research on the person reading it. What they are working on, what changed for them, and why you are worth a reply.

No merge fields pretending to be personal. If we cannot say something real, we do not send it.

A person reviews everything

A human reads every message before it goes out. Tone, accuracy, and whether it would make sense to the buyer on a busy morning.

Consent matters to us. Anyone who asks us to stop hears nothing further.

We run it with you

We operate the channels and report against a baseline we agree with you up front. You see what is working and what we changed, in plain language.

Around outbound we add the authority layer buyers check: press, short video, a site that answers their questions, and search work for the AI shortlist.

We hand it over

Once the engine produces pipeline, it becomes yours. The playbook, the research and data, the message cadences, and your own people trained to run it.

We would rather be remembered as the firm that left you stronger than the one you could never quite let go of.

What we will not do

Some of what passes for outbound makes buyers trust everyone a little less. We would rather grow slower than add to it.

  • Buy a list and blast it.
  • Write one message for a thousand people and call it personal.
  • Contact anyone who has asked us to stop.
  • Keep the playbook to ourselves so you have to keep paying us.

See where you stand

The Reachable Buyer Map is the first step of the listening stage, and it is free. Tell us a little about the business and we will take it from there.
