This notice explains what Consulting Outbound does with the details you give us through this site. We have kept it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role, and your message. We do not collect anything else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose, which is to answer your request. That might mean replying to your question or preparing the buyer map you asked for. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a follow-up, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Consulting Outbound who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Our pages load their fonts from a font service, which receives the standard technical information any browser sends when it requests a file.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Write to evie.clements@consultingoutbound.co or use the contact form, and we will take care of it. If you would simply like us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" to any message from us and we will.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
